Multi-glide Wardrobe Sliding Doors

This product was designed with the ease of assembly and visual appearance.

Supplied and manufactured from power coated and anodised aluminium the unique hollow construction offers additional strength to the grip stile making it easy to assemble and clean finish that is attractive to the end user.

Features and benefits No bumper strip is present only bumper dots at each corner to create cushioned close against the door jamb and a 2mm shadow line which disguises small imperfections on the timber jamb.   With no bumper strip there is no call backs or complaints about the strip falling out or shrinking over time. The manufacture of the door is quicker at assemble.

The glazing capabilities are as follows:

• 10mm plasterboard sheets which is wedged from behind
• 9mm MDF or melamine sheets which is wedged from behind
• 4mm glass or aluminium products which is glazed with clear glazing channel
• Corning fixing to rails is achieve simply with the integrated locking taps in the top guide and whell carriage only requiring 4 Tec screws to hold the frame together.
• The horizontal rail is symmetrical H shape section which can double as a mid-rail to allow for multiple slits using different materials to give a very modern look.
• There is 4 colours available, white, birch, ultra-silver & matt anodised silver.
• V-grooved shaped bottom track makes for easy cleaning and no lint build up coupled with convex nylon tyres means reliability to perform for many years with no wheel failure.

The product also range also consists of top track, gable jamb, wall jamb and wall channel making built in robes easy to manufacture. The gable jamb offers strength to the end gable and protection to the edge of gable from knocks due to the large radius corner.
